Rental Car outlets in Cozumel?

What are the rental car outlets at the Punta Langosta pier in Cozumel?

Can anyone recommend one?

I have a reservation with Hertz now, but they are located downtown, and by the time I do the cabs too/from, maybe there is a better deal closer?

I also have a good quote from Less Pay, which is at the Hotel Barracuda about 1/4 mile south of the pier (easy walking distance). Does anyone have experience with them?

I will double check, but the last time I saw the Hertz office, it was also just south of the Punta Langosta pier, just a touch closer than Less Pay, on the opposite side of the street.
