Rental car or busses?

My DH and I are going to DisneY World October 16 to the 23rd. We are staying at POFQ. Im contemplating wether I should rent a car or not for the duration of our stay.
We want to play mini=golf at one of the courses, and as a surprise I wanted to give a ride at the Richard petty driving experince. I have no idea if the DW transportation goes there or not. Any tips would be appreciated . thanks

You can get to both places by DW transportaion. If you are traveling with no kids than save your money and skip the rental car.
