Rental Car Options in WDW

What are our options for a one day rental when we are WDW? We only need a car one day.

Second what are carseat/booster seat regulations with children who are 5 in the state of Florida? Should we rent one for DD or just purchase a cheap 30 dollar one? We are not planning on bringing hers?

Budget Rental is at Doubletree Hotel at Downtown Disney and Alamo is at the Disney Car Care Center. I think the Dolphin has a car rental desk too, but I forget who it is!

Hmmm, I was thinking of trying to get a rental for only part of our trip. Does anyone know how to get there if you need to pick up a rental car? Will WDW transportation take me there or nearby?

Don't know about Alamo, but Avis has a location at the Hilton and they will send a courtesy shuttle to pick you up.
