I just looked at car rentals on www.carrentalsavers.com and got a rate of $471.23 for a mini-van on 11/4-11/14 @ Budget. Is this good?? I really have no clue....

Seems pretty good. I used Budget for October with Code X474200 and coupon MUWZ023 and got a standard SUV for $360 for an 8 day rental. I plugged in your dates with those codes and got the same rate you did.

I think you can do better. I got a minivan 11/6-13 for $260 taxes included
I'm going to try and get it even lower than that.
Mousesavers seems to have the best codes posted at any given time.
