rental car in cayman ?

We are thinkiong of renting a car in Cayman. Has anyone done this and was it worth it to see the island? I've heard there are some nice secluded beaches you can see this way. What was your favorite place to see?

We did not rent a car, instead we took the local bus (which is really a small van that seats about 10). It costs $2 per person and they run very frequently. Just tell the driver where you want to go and you can get there in about 15 mins in most cases.
