rental car help

We made a reservation online with Alamo for a rental car. Now my brother-in-law needs to pick it up. The rates have almost tripled for our time there and I was wondering if he takes our confirmation number in if he can pick up the car. The only difference is his first name since we didn't prepay or provide any other info. I didn't know if anyone has ever tried this before.

Check last minute rates elsewhere. We used Alamo ONCE - never again. There are so many others with better rates and a much better customer experience! JMHO. Good luck with whatever you try. Hint: Enterprise.

Perhaps you can call and have it modified...I would do it on the phone
