Rental car from Car Care Centre

We are looking to have a car for 2 days from the Car Care Centre and Alamo seems to be the most budget friendly. Pricing it up through the UK site it’s about £70 cheaper than Enterprise or National.
The below waivers are included, is this enough? I would have expected we would need more insurance.

I think UK citizens are required to prepay for a full tank of gas, with no credit for fuel remaining in the tank when you return the car.

See if you have a promotion that includes it. Some third party sites bundle gas, car and third party insurance.

How much diving? Do you need GPS? Will you have data on your cell? You can download an app like herewego. You can download maps in advance
It will navigate without a data connection.
