Rental car deals for Oct?

We'll be in WDW in mid Oct and wer'e having a hard time finding a good deal for a car. Any size is fine - just me and my best friend! Anyone have any good rates or codes they can share? THANKS!

We are also looking for good deals on car rentals for late September/ early October. It seems that most of the deals that are out there now will expire at the end of July or August, so maybe some good ones will pop up in the next couple of weeks. (Let's hope so, right?! )

I am currently looking at National Car Rental. For out last trip to WDW in May, we got an Oldsmobile Alero for two full weeks for $250! (That includes airport fees, tax, and an extra tank of gas.)We have two children and thought that we would be cramped, but the space was adequete and the car was really nice. I know that on Mousesavers.com, Mary talks about ways to combine codes and coupons in detail. That is how we got such a great deal on our car rental.

Also, through our car insurance company, we got lots of great coupons to use as well. So you may want to check with them too.

Am looking for good minivan deals for Oct 11-16th - so far best deal is with Alamo using Disney Club discount - total with taxes etc and car seat is $290. Anyone know any secrets or is this actually a good price?

We have a mini-van rented with Dollar for Oct. 12-18.....for $255.38 (total)...i got the code off Mousesavers....it may say it ends in Aug. but go ahead and put it in for Oct.....

We got a mini van for $255 total cost. The deal that ended in Aug is now extended at least until end of Sept. We are going 9-21 thur 9-27.
