Rental car and wheel chair

Our next trip will include my tennage sister in law who is wheelchair bound with cp.

How does this work? They really want to fly and so we will then have to rent a car that has a lift? Any idea from where?

She doesn't have any upperbody control so a regular fold up wheelchair is not going to work.

There are no onsite rentals at MCO. But most of them will meet you there. You are looking at $100 per day minimum. We used Rainbow wheels a few years ago without any problems. If your staying on WDW property then just use DME to and from the airport.
If your going to places off disney then you could also use a taxi or use Mears.
Depending on where your going they might be easier to use.
