Rent VCR?

We are staying at the BCV studio. I was wondering if the resort would rent us a VCR or DVD. Anybody have any experience with this request?

Monymeier, I rented a VCR during one of my AKL stays. The concierge set it up for me. They rented it from an outside company, if I remember correctly (this was two years ago). There was a daily fee plus a delivery fee, but if you rented the VCR for two days or more, the delivery fee was waived (that is what I did).

Things are probably different at the BCV because it is a DVC resort. The BCV has DVD players in their one- and two-bedroom villas (as you know, they don't have anything in their studios). However, they might have a few DVD players & VCRs in their inventory for rental purposes. Please call the Front Desk of the resort and inquire.
