rent points for May 30-June 6-VWL or Beach ClubVillas

I am very new to this..so I was interested in renting points for a stay at the Wilderness Lodge Villas or the Beach Club Villas for May 30 to June 6th. From calculations I would need 312 points.
Please forgive my ignorance..but if I were to obtain these points from someone here..does that necessarily mean these dates would be available for either of these resorts? How does that work exactly. Thanks for your patience.

I have one bedroom, full kitchen from May 29 - June 5 (memorial weekend) at OKW. date and size can't be changed. $1550 for this full week including holiday weekend. Yes, it's less than $8 per point.

I'm not sure if either I did the calculations incorrectly or possibly you had a problem with them. Did you use the points calculator because I came up with a different number of points that you would need?
