Renos at the Carousel Inn?

Has anyone seen the Renovations going on at the Carousel Inn? If you have, how do they look? Any idea when the Quizno's will be done? Thanks!

I tried to call the Carousel Inn, and the person who answered wasn't very helpful. He said construction was going to last for a few months. I don't know if they really know though. I heard parking was a problem, but they told me that they will make sure there would be parking for guests.

I'd love to hear from anyone who's been there recently. Thanks!
