Renewing DVC AP's, going from reg to premium?

Good Morning,

We've had the regular DVC AP's this last year and soon it will be time to renew. If we decide to go to premium AP's do we pay the full DVC price or the renewal price? I wasn't sure if you can get the renewal price if you are upgrading? It may not be much difference but thought I'd ask.

Also, if we get the regular DVC AP's, then decide we want to upgrade them a few months later when we are actually on our trip - can we do that? Do they charge the price for a full year if you upgrade after later in the year?

I'm confused, don't know if I want to come up with the $$$ for the premium AP's or decide if we want them later.

Oh, and if we are purchasing renewal AP's - can that be done online?

You would pay the renewal price if you upgrade at the time of the renewal.

If you change your mind later, and wish to upgrade, here is no pro-rated price. It is the full difference between standard and premium, even there are only a few days left.

I don't know if you can upgrade your renewal online, it would probably be best to call Member Services, or simply renew in person when you arrive, since you'd have to go to guest services either way.
