Renewing AP's

Have any of you renewed your AP's at the parks and gotten the renewal rate? My understanding is disney sends you a renewal offer but being Canucks we get no correspondence regarding the AP at all. Is there a time frame from expiry to when renewal is in order to get the lower rate?

Have you checked the AP website?(...we've never received any mail-outs for AP stuff, either.)
