Renewal Discount When Downgrading AP

I was wondering if there is an AP renewal discount if you wanted to downgrade your pass (Going from Gold to Silver).

You can upgrade/downgrade to any level of annual pass you are entitled during the renewal window and pay the renewal rate for the new pass level selection.
