oing good doing good.! I got back on the Tm today not for long but a start. its been about 10 days....found the key and got back on I only walked a mile....... Food wise doing good as well..........I have my very important breat exam appointment this evening, my min dis preoccupied with that!

HI! wow its been a few days or rather a week or so. I have not been on line having internet issues but I am back and doing good. this past week has been good I did have a few slip ups.........but more good days than bad. I have been hitting the treadmill.......... anyway today so far, I havent yet eaten, I plan on eating when I get home from D softball practice........... till then I will write tonight.

Well today was an OKAY day! I did only eat one meal and had a few snacks inbetween.
I ate about 4 mini chocalate cookies and had two munchkins with my coffee.......... Oh! yea and about 6 doritos chips. BUt, I didnt over do it. I ate a ham and cheese quesadilla for dinner. best of all, I hit the TM I did one of the programs it comes equiped with so there was up to an 8 in incline. It was a nice workout. Tomorrow, I will do the same. It lasts about 20 mintes and does a little over a mile but it was quick and I didnt get bored. I drank lots of water today and had only one cup of coffee. This evening however ( right about now) I am looking to snack. Gonna have to brush my teeth and call it a night.

Hi again............ today was another just OKAY day! the snacks got to me again. I had breakfast this morning which I will try and do from now now one egg bacon and one slice of LC toast. this after noon I had a quater of a ring ding and this eving had another quater.......... so according to my calculations, thats makes HALF a ring ding. anyway for dinner I had two LC wraps with tomatoe sauce and mozz cheese. and then once agian this evening watching the met game, I had about 4 mini cookies. I have had to stop myself from going all out bingning. I did hit the TM again did the program the Tm provides boy that up hill incline is not easy! Tomorrow, I plan on trying out another one a bit harder and longer. I go back to work tomorrow so eating will be easier. lots of salads at work etc.

O my! its been like 20 days since I have been on. I really need to commit again.........
Catching u, I was doing good before I left for vaca. I decided a while back not to weight myself anymore just use my clothes as measuring tools......... so as far as weight! hmmmmmmm not sure of the numbers. But I was (past tense) fitting comfortably into all my clothes and then I went to FL............ I use this (vaca) and other functions as a toll to cheta and be bad and thats exactly what I did! I ate whatever I wanted for about 8 days and boy did I pay for it. I got back sunday and went back to work yesterday ( tuesday ) and my clothes did not fit! I was so uncomfortable at work I got depressed! I turned that into a positive thing and got back on my treadmill.
I think perhaps, I have finally realized that must work and this. I am going to exercise everyday and I am gonna have to compromise my food intake. What I mean is that instead of trying to be so strict I will allow myself treats, once in a while! see the thing is that because I am so strict (o r at least try to be) once I cheat, I go all out! and way over do it! thsi is it now this is gonna be my life........
there is no getting to goal and then eating whatever I want.

ANOTHER good day! yippppeee..........
I had Bk for lunch double whopper no bread ketchup etc. and had some onion rings! I knwo carbs but cant resist them!............
came home got on my treadmill did my 30 minutes with incline. this evening, I went to work then afte my shift had a CX ceasar salad. got home and had 4 very small cookies.
drank about 6 cups of decaf and 74 oz of water.............

today was day 3 of staying OP. I had no time at all to get on my TM however. this afternoon I was yet again stuck in a fast food situation. I had two DB chz burgers no bread or ketchup and some fries today. Today is andrews b day so I had a half of a piece of cake. This evening at work, I had cx pizziolo and a salad. I just ogt hoem and had 3 small famous amos cookies. I drank 50 oz of water and some coffee. I feel like I am getting back inthe groove of things but must commit more to the exercise.

Im back! I m back! Havent forgotten about my journal....I have been so busy working this weekend! this weekend, I did alright, didnt get to exercise but eat fine..... I went a little off plan saturday but was back on track on sunday!
Its now late monday night, I did fine today and got back on my TM............. got to go for now till tomorrow.

Hmmmmmmm not sure where my food intake in headed to, I have been feeling more and more that I sould stop doing LC and start something new! Which is why I had a bagle today actually, A bagel and a half!
hat was my dinner, this morning I got sucked into Mc donalds for BK, my dad loves it and insists we sit on Md and eat........otherwise, I would hit the drive thru and not order. But anyway I did double up on my exercise. I hot to M twice both times, 30 minutes, I am really trying to finish this may challenge...........well we/ll see, I go back to work tomorrow and those are my off days.

didnt have a chance to post yesterday! I ate way off plan and lots of carbs but I think I am trying to steer away from a LC life. Anyway today is saturday, I plan to hit the TM today. and post tonight hopefully, if I dont get in to late.

Have not been on my TM since friday and had 3 chocolate shakes this weekend!
ANyway my goal for the week, is to get in 6 TM times this week.! and of course to eat good no cheating!
