We did it on our Eastern Caribbean cruise back in March and it was lovely, 5-6 dessert dishes and a nice balance of different types of flavors. It's only done once on the cruise and is a fairly small seating group so it's pretty intimate. The wine pairings were also a nice touch if you like champagne/dessert wines.
One of my favorite parts was that the chef came out with each round and talked about each dish, told stories, and interacted with each table. I got to have a discussion with him about various methods of making caramel which was really fun.
Just booked our for our April cruise. Is it work $50 per adult?

Does anyone know the dress code for this event? How dressed up or not dressed up do people get?
Here are the first 4 desserts from our event in November '15. Unfortunately, I have to menu at home and can't access the names since I am traveling abroad. These were all amazingly delicious and, just as importantly since we had Palo brunch the same day, very light. It was really nice, relaxed, and fun. The fifth dessert was all chocolate and way too heavy for my taste, and the last one was the same recipe as the chocolate dessert that's part of Remy's French dinner menu. I'd recommend this as it is very distinct from all the other dining options that Remy and Palo offer.
