I'd say it's definitely worth it over Palo brunch. Brunch is nice, but it's nothing particularly special. The dessert experience is very different. I'm not really a dessert person but I thought it was great. The desserts were not your ordinary type desserts (e.g., tropical fruit ravioli in coconut "soup" was one that we had - my favourite) and they weren't overly sweet which is usually my biggest complaint about desserts, especially on the ship. We also did the wine pairing (or was it champagne pairing? - I know we did that for Remy brunch) which was eye-opening in that there are so many different types of potential pairings I would never have thought about. I probably wouldn't do it again mostly because I'm not a dessert person and DH isn't really keen to do it again but I really enjoyed it.
