We participated in the brunch the other day (it was a Thursday) and it was truly excellent.
The event was wonderful. Various French selections were sold as well as the American choices. They lightened up a bit on the dress coed, women was pretty much the same no tee's or shorts or etc. and men had to wear closed toe shoes and a jacket was not required. The food and its presentation was suburb in every way. The meal was produced in an formal manner and was spot on when people were ready to taste the next selection. They mentioned the Winter would differ but continue friendly even with the new seasonings, and herbs, Scott Hunnel would be over during mid November.

Thanks for the encouraging review. We'll be trying the Remy brunch for the first time in two weeks. Any mention on whether Scott Hunnel would be on the Dream or the Fantasy (we're on the Nov. 14. Fantasy sailing)?

I was told Scott Hunnel would be on the DREAM in mid November and then again a couple of weeks later to see how the new menu items were faring. No I wouldn't say Palo Brunch and Remy Brunch are the same. Remy is more a tasting portion of about 5 items with 3 different champagnes. I think we spent close to 2 hours there! Palo is a serve yourself lunch from a multitude of items and then order a 'main course' which is brought to your table. It takes about 1 to 1/2 hrs I would say. Very good food though.
