Remy brunch and Palo dinner .. Mickey apparel ok?

For Remy on our last cruise I wore a black suit with a purple shirt and a Haunted Mansion tie.

For our first Remy dinner ever I wore a tux, but the shirt was a vintage Enchanted Tiki Room cast member Aloha shirt. Nothing was said to me, and I even wore it without the jacket once seated.

That is subtle enough I wouldn't even realize it was Disney-themed if you hadn't said anything.

Likewise, I don't think a shirt with a stitched Mickey a la the small Ralph Lauren logo on their shirts would be a problem.

The dress on the other hand...IMHO it is a bit much for Palo or Remy.

11:30 Remy brunch followed by a 7:00 Palo dinner? Whoa! I would definitely still be too full from brunch to go to dinner that early, esp. with it being brunch & dinner @ Remy & Palo. We even try to avoid doing dinner at one of them one night followed by brunch the next day. If you absolutely must do them both on the same day, try to get into brunch earlier and push your dinner back as late as possible. Just my suggestion.

As for the denim, no, I would not wear that. Nor would I wear any character clothing to Remy or Palo. Even if the items are dressier, having the characters on them somehow (in my mind) negates some of the dressiness, if that makes sense.

HTHs! :)

ITA with all of this!
