We did Palo Brunch and Remy Dessert experience in the same day. None of us were hungry at all before the dessert experience, but that turned out not to be a problem because the first 4 desserts were very light. As Meredith_A mentioned, the Remy brunch is fairly light so I wouldn't be concerned about the two bookings on the same day. Just have a light breakfast that day and be prepared not to make it all the way through the chocolate soup with chocolate ice cream and white chocolate shavings (5th dish for us). Also note that the last dish of the dessert experience probably still is the same as the dessert served as part of Remy's French menu, so you could skip that. We very much enjoyed the wine pairings for the desserts.
