Remy at Chefs de France - what time?

Does anyone know what time Remy will be "performing" at Chefs de France?

I was thinking about adding another ADR so the kids could see Remy.

I read somewhere that it was between 2:30pm and 6:00pm. I have reservations at 6:00pm, so I don't know if we'll get to see him or not. I sure hope so!
