Removing people from my Disney experience list

I went on a trip in February 2013 with my parents and in laws and had everybody on my Disney experience. Now I'm planning a trip with just my husband and kids and trying to remove everybody else but can't do it. I called and spent over an hour with it department and they said they can't remove them bc they show them having active restaurant and resort reservations which is not true. They couldn't tell me where or when these reservations are for. It's so strange but I guess it doesn't really matter if they're still on there does it?

I'm confused, you mean they are listed on your reservation or just in your family & friends?
Everyone I've traveled with is listed in my family & friends, it doesn't make difference. Unless I have them listed on the reservation or ADR, they cant see anything I plan.

I have a problem. I had my husband on my MDE account, and then last year, he went and made his own. Not wanting him to feel not in control, when we got our APs and MBs, I linked our accounts and MDE accounts with his. But that pesky old husband still shows up on mine. Occasionally when we get a comped FP from a CM, they record to my MB, and link it to him, but the 'him' is the one with no active ticket. Every time I try to delete it, it says 'this is linked with a MB'. I have never succeeded in doing it yet! It's easy to know which one to make FPs too (only one has valid admission) but every time I try to delete the old one, it says it's an MB it can't be deleted. Which is weird. The problem we have is when he does go thru the FP line, his MB flashes BLUE because it didn't get added to his independent but linked account? Its not a problem we often have, but I'm unsure how to resolve it. His independent but linked account is fine, because he often books us FPs himself that link to mine. I just don't know how to ditch the old one still on mine. The two husbands should NOT both have MBs attached, but somehow, it acts like it does...except when I go to make a FP, then it says "he needs valid park admission." Sigh....

@TwinPrincessMermaids I had the same issue with my fiance. I called disney IT & they were able to fix it for me but what they did you could try on your own. They basically sent an invite from the correct account to the email attached to the old account & when the invite was accepted, the accounts merged into one. Took about 10 minutes on the phone.

They are just listed on my friends and family list but not going with us this time. I just wanted to simplify the list. I have no idea why Disney says they have active reservations bc they don't and haven't been in over two years. Weird but doesn't matter I guess

Weird. We went with extended family last year and I had added them to mine listing. When I made our most recent ressie without them on it, the extras just dropped off. I assumed it was because they were not listed on an active ressie??
