Removing people from MDX?

Hey all, I'm not sure this is the right place, but I couldn't find an MDX specific sub-forum, so here goes.

As I've mentioned before, me and the girlfriend have a trip booked for March, we're pretty excited, and I was poking through MDX today to make sure everything was showing up reservation-wise and I noticed that I have a bunch of family (aunts and cousins) still showing up on MDX from a trip I took a few years ago when it was all still rolling out. Now I'm trying to clean it out (I can be a little bit of an organizational nerd :)) and remove them and it won't let me because they seem to have their expired tickets still linked. It says "Guest has MagicBands or Cards active" and sure enough, under the "MagicBands and Cards" page, it shows the old KTTW cards we had for them. Is there anyway to force the delete, or remove the cards? I only see an option to mark them inactive which doesn't make the people delete-able.

Thanks,
Adam

The same thing happened to us. We had to call customer service, and they were able to remove people who were on our list twice. In our particular case, it was because we bought the tickets, and then they bought annual passes themselves later. I am not sure if the person who has the ticket assigned to them needs to call, or if you can do it for them.

You have to call customer service. They are the only ones that can remove anyone from MDX. As long as you are the owner of MDX you can call and ask for the change.
