I was going through some stuff I had found of my 748930758493207584372583427 DL trips and I came across something that jogged my memory...remember that little store in NOS?? where you could buy Begnet mix and chicory coffee??? I miss that store...and remember Cristal D' Orleans where they sold all the paperweights and gorgeous crystal glasses and decanters?? So many times you could see someone working on a piece when you went in there....ah the memories

How about the old 'One of a Kind' shop - you could actually buy antique furniture? And there was the Pendleton Store -- fancy woolens I couldn't afford but liked to look at.
I miss the fact the days when nearly every store had something a bit different - it's gotten a bit better lately at least - but I used to go and just shop and watch the Electrical Parade every Sunday in the 80s.
