We have one of them! We actually did it twice. It was/is the one Disney picture that we actually paid for (we can't stand the ride photos!).

OMG!! You really took me back. I went when I was 16 (ahem...20 years ago) and had one taken with a school friend. I had completely forgotten about it until I saw yours!!

Now I have to go dig it out of my old memory stuff! Thanks for the laugh!!

I have one of those pictures too. It was when we took my oldest DD(20) she was 3 at the time. She too loves the POC ride.

Weren't those pictures great ?! I have one of my DDs dressed up as 'wenches' and draped in pearls posing with a pirate statue - that was even before they superimposed the characters on the pics. Now where the heck could that picture be . . .? - in a box somewhere!

I do remember and I have my family's pirates picture on the wall in my office - also have a picture of my kids with their grandparents in this same motif - they used to do this at MGM as well - in the area that is now a food court near the "Splash" fountain -

Those types of pictures are really great, and worth paying for. More than I can say for the ride photos themselves.
