My ds just got one for a b-day bpresent from a girl in his class. Yikes! I know they were originally $75 but on sale lots of places super cheap. I am hoping they didn't spend more than $15! How much were they when they were on sale?

My ds was so excited. He wanted one for the holidays but I could never find one.

The girl's mom probably stocked up on them when they had all those deals! Maybe she's a Budget Boarder, too!

Don't worry, I'm sure she likely DID get it on a deal. We went to a birthday party last night and ds gave the little boy a Hot Wheels set with 2 extra cars, motorized. The original price was close to $50. I paid around $10. Win win! :goodvibes

If she snagged it at Target she would have paid less than $15 for it. She must have gotten lucky and found a few! I only ever saw 1 at Target and we got it for our boys.

It's definitely possible she scored a great deal. I once got $100 lego sets for $10 on clearance at TRU.

Or she may have re-gifted  :rotfl:

There have been several expensive items that have come into our house that I wish I had someone to give them to.:rolleyes1

I just want to be sure she got it really really on sale! I have no problem with a regift if she did, or getting it on sale. My ds loves it. I just know how much they should cost and I was worried she spent way too much. I know she didn't spend $75 but knowing we just got a present that was priced that much made me feel a little guilty I guess.

The boys are so excited though.
