I completed mine about 4 weeks ago, and sent in the card - no response yet.

I've seen numerous people on this forum do the same thing, but... Has anyone actually received the premium they requested yet?

Haven't received anything yet. I was wondering the same thing. These offers do sometimes take a while, so I certainly wouldn't give up just yet.

My Jeep Liberty test drive offer took three months to receive the luggage I selected for the test drive. BTW: I didn't actually have to drive the Jeep.....they just signed it and off to the mail it went.

It said on the form 6-8 weeks for delivery. I really could use that money though!

I received mine after about 6 weeks but they substituted the golf club for the mastercard. I was kind of disappointed but they did say they have the right to substitute prizes. Oh well, it was still free!!

I sent my card off about weeks ago requesting the MC and still have red nothing. I mailed DH's about weeks ago, but I forgot to mark which gift. About 2 weeks after mailing it, I recd an Eddie Bauer catalog and a $75 gift certificate to use. Maybe the other will get here soon!

6 weeks ago today DH and I sent in our test drive forms. Hope they come pretty soon. That money will come in real handy right about now.
