Seems he's decided to re-locate to Florida (he currently lives a few hours outside Philadelphia), and is selling off a huge part of his collection.

Wow! He lives maybe about 3 minutes away from me. Didn't know this. It's funny but we usually don't see him around here, just when we are at Disney.
