Seeing the candy artist in Epcot was always one of our must do’s. In case any other fans were wondering where she went, here’s an interview my daughter found.

That’s cool! Good for her. Such a bummer she was let go.

I absolutely loved her when I was little and we’d always stop and watch her when she was out. She’s so talented. I was sad when she left. She made me a Unicorn and a Dolphin when I was a kid and she made my Grandma a Tiger.

She was amazing!! So glad we got a chance to watch her and still miss her.

Watching this, I wonder if she was let go or decided to go out on her own because there were more opportunities . . .
