He was released from prison recently. Killing the 6 year old wasn't intentional. He's a good boy. Oops. Maybe not.

This really doesn't surprise me. People didn't want to believe a 12 year old can be that evil. I really feel sorry for this guy's next victim.

This 12 year old punched my very pregnant cousin in the stomach when she was his teacher. She went home that day and never returned to teaching again. I'm not sure he deseves freedom, I think he needs help.

He was 12, his mother who was babysitting the 6 year old, was asleep. He said he was imitating pro wrestler moves, but the ME said no way, this child was beaten to death.

Now this story is on the AOL "front page" ... he was released from prison with house arrest as part of the conditions of the release - they found him and a friend running in the streets at 2am - strange, since most of the other people in the area were preparing for Hurricane Frances. He gave a false name when the police questioned them.

Does not surprise me in the least, I knew he would be back in, but, not this soon. Everyone made such a BIG deal out of the fact he was let out of Prison, he proved them all wrong....

It's clearly society's fault. Why are you blaming this poor young man. Six years in prison, of course he'd be running the streets at 2AM. And the police they are picking on him....

Same sad story as the honor student who shot the teacher in the face. They all sucessfully sued the gun maker and seller, cause it was the gun's fault it went off, not the kid who went home and got his Uncle's gun (left lying loaded where a juvenile could get it!) Came back to school and murdered the teacher. I believe the defense also said the teacher (who had a gun pointed at his face) was also to blame for not backing down. Of course you guys are all correct. Evil exists, and there are evil children who must be permanetly removed from our society.

This "kid" was as bad an actor as
Kato Kalen (sp?) during the OJ trial...
He looked so incredibly fake as he
acted out the supposed wrestling moves.

And gee, I wonder what he was planning on
doing with a four inch knife at 2 a.m.?
Maybe using it on one of the girls he
was supposably chasing? SHUDDER!
