Reliable Menu prices

I've been trying to plan out a budget as close as I can for this summer. Unfortunately, I've had a lot of trouble finding reliable prices for restaurant menus. I know that menu prices can and do change regularly, but I would assume some of the prices are known (maybe not?). The Disney site gives price ranges, but no details. The online source I've seen sometimes have menus that are a few years old (so probably don't have accurate prices). Some buffets have prices that vary by time of year, but I get no sense of what that variation is (since we are going in July, I'd guess we're at the more expensive end, but how do I find that?).

What (if anywhere) is the best source you all have found for seeing prices for menu items?

There is a stickied thread at the top of this board that has up to date prices for buffets, AYCTE, etc.

For other restaurants wdwinfo, allears, and touring plans usually date their menus. The Disney website has prices, but no dates, for their menus on each restaurant's dining reservation page, but it seems like they've been trying to update their menus more often. You can compare the various sites/dates and get a general idea of how much to budget.

Disney Food Blog is an excellent up-to-date website.

Thanks! I had somehow missed the food blog...

Part of my question had been because things like the stickied thread (don't get me wrong - I really appreciate it, and all the other stuff people have posted) has prices from last Fall. When some of the places advertise that prices are season-dependent, I kind of assumed that those were not going to be accurate. But, it might just be that those are as good as we can estimate right now...

Thanks again.

The sticky thread for the AYCTE/buffet meals on this board gives the date the price is in effect.

Akershus Princess Storybook: (incl tax, excl tip)
bfast . . . 10/04/2015 Adult: $47.92, Child: $28.75
lunch . . . 10/04/2015 Adult: $48.98, Child: $29.81
lunch . . . 03/01/2016 Adult: $57.51, Child: $34.08
dinner. . . 10/04/2015 Adult: $57.51, Child: $34.08
d-tgiving . 11/27/2014 Adult: $55.37, Child: $31.94

So, as of 3/1/16, lunch for Akershus has gone to $57.51 for adult and $34.08 for a child. Lunch and dinner are now the same price for most, if not all, buffet meals.

Actually, the prices are up-to-date as of 3/1/2016 . . . the next update will be during May-2016.
Ah - I understand now - thanks! Sorry for being dense there... So, the prices are all accurate for 3/1, and the date just shows the last time there was a change.
