Sorry about derailing the thread. This should probably be its own thread and not the rejected offers thread.

IMO, buying from non-DVC focused timeshare brokers is a very valid topic that other people may have insights about or want to learn about in the future. It’s all going to get lost if it lives in the rejected offers thread.Sorry about derailing the thread.
~$135-140 is about the resale price for that size contract.Anyone has anything recent on price per point they can share for Bay Lake and Copper Creek? Asking, Offered, Rejected? Anything around 200 points

I paid 128 pp on a 200 PT contract~$135-140 is about the resale price for that size contract.
I gave the most recent averages I could find. Obviously if they want to offer less or more, they can.I paid 128 pp on a 200 PT contract
The 1st post of the ROFR thread has information on recent accepted offers and links to prior ROFR threads with a lot of data.Anyone has anything recent on price per point they can share for Bay Lake and Copper Creek? Asking, Offered, Rejected? Anything around 200 points

Looks like this hasn’t been updated recently. The 1st post of the ROFR thread has information on recent accepted offers and links to prior ROFR threads with a lot of data.
Might also check dvcrofr.com which takes the data from ROFR threads and analyzes it various ways.
The ROFR thread or dvcrofr.com?Looks like this hasn’t been updated recently.
Was referring to dvcrofr.com. Might have to clear my browser history or try a new browser. The ROFR thread or dvcrofr.com?
I know @VGCgroupie is still on her current DCL/WDW trip and I’m sure will get to updating page 1 of the ROFR thread when she can.
Last I checked some of the pricing trend data on dvcrofr.com, I saw some recent deals from the ROFR thread that I recognized - deals as recent as the past month.
Yep I will update when we get back home. The ROFR thread or dvcrofr.com?

I only see deals up through February on the site. What do you see @airjay75 ?Yep I will update when we get back home.
The dvcrofr site scrapes the thread to update their site but I’m not sure how often.
I see your March there.I only see deals up through February on the site. What do you see @airjay75 ?

If you look at SSR, I see deals as recent as one sent 3/21. There could be later ones. Haven’t gone through every resort. The default display is a ranking so you do have to sort by date. Of course, if there are no recent deals for a resort reported on the ROFR thread, then there isn’t going to be anything.I only see deals up through February on the site. What do you see @airjay75 ?
I’m wrong there because I see mine, which is March, but none of the newer AKV ones. Somehow I missed that one lol?
Just guessing. I assume that website pulls data from the summary ROFR post that VGCGroupie updates. It obviously doesn’t pull data in real time. It must be a periodic pull of the data or done manually by whomever runs that website. And the dates on the ROFR thread of sent/passed/taken are not the same dates those data strings were posted and/or updated on the summary post.I’m wrong there because I see mine, which is March, but none of the newer AKV ones. Somehow I missed that one lol?
For instance, there are 4 new AKV in the thread you’re running and none of them are listed.
