Is this only done at the Ice Cream Social or can it be performed at dinner as well?

We're thinking of going for dinner this time around and I would like to surprise DH

Do this at dinner,2 years ago we had dinner around 6:00 and the table next to us did this.DW and I thought it was cool.

I called just recently about this. It is no longer being done at "Beaches & Cream'. It is done for both lunch and dinner at the Garden Grill restaurant in "The Land" at EPCOT. You need to call ahead of time or let them know at podium when you get there. I recommend making a PS and telling them then.

I think it's only at lunch or dinner now, I heard they stopped it during the Ice Cream Social.
