Regular light saber?

I tried searching but not finding a definite answer- can you still just buy a (less expensive) light saber at DHS? NOT the build your own kind at Savi's? Have a friend going with a young son who wants one without the $200 price tag. Thanks!

Yes, at the shop near Star Tours they have a build-a-lightsaber. We did it last month, they have $30 single blade and $50ish for a double. It was a great alternative for a kid who wants something more like a toy and not a collector's item.

Yep, we were there last month and you can definitely still get the less expensive light sabers at the shop by the Star Tours exit- you can build your own or buy them already put together. We talked my 8 year old into building one of those instead of the $200 at Savi's. You can also get the less expensive ones at the Star Wars shop in Disney Springs.

I would gladly pay double for a Savi's double bladed saber. Surprised they didn't think of that...yet...
