Btw, I did not receive the acceptance in an email (starting to wonder if I spelled my email wrong...) but as an in-game message

Also, last time my team (Team Cheese It) was, I'm pretty sure the first to be judged. The competition hadn't started for 10 minutes on Friday afternoon before BAM! green ears! I was a little worried that because we were first, they'd forget about us, but nope Another pair of green ears came by on Sunday and I couldn't tell if it was because she just wanted to ride the ride or if she was judging, too --- to help rank the winners.

We registered at about 3pm on the first day ...... no message yet ....... I'm going to have an anxiety attack! LOL! Well maybe not an attack but this is driving me crazy! Keeping my fingers crossed...... My team has already put so much into this, I would die if we didn't make it in.

argh! Sending that message in the game is such a bad idea. It is too easy to miss a message like that and since once we close it, it's gone forever anyone that hasn't receive it is now second guessing themselves.

I did a bunch of codes yesterday and I try to delete the messages slowly but you never know! ...(insert second guess here)

I think they should have done both. Some of the emails I get from vmk end up in my bulk folder and guess what I do with that? Delete. So, I'm glad it went through in-game pm...although I've been known to delete staff messages on accident, too. I got lucky this time, I didn't have any other messages in my pm's.

I'd like to see VMK post a list of the accepted teams - along with lifeguard's title - somewhere in their newsletter. Our team hasn't heard anything yet, and the in-game message can be missed so easily. Come on, VMK, post a list!

Woo Hoo! i'm so glad i didn't waste all that time putting my rooms togther.. it was starting to look a little grim there earlier for our team but i'm glad we pulled through.. now we only have a month to be judged..

Curious, but for those that have been accepted, what time did you send in your registration and what time did you receive your acceptance message?

It seems like they're responding much like immigration lol. I know one person who registered at 1 a.m. on Monday and got their reply 3 p.m. Monday. I know another who sent in their registration at 6 a.m. Monday and got their reply around 3 p.m. Tuesday. So I'm just wondering if we can guage when we're going to get a reply by those who are getting replies in.

As of right now, I have not heard back about Team Boogies via e-mail. I am currently in Washington, D.C. on a business trip, and have not been on VMK since Tuesday night. I'll look for the message when I get home tonight.
