We got the email that we are accepted.

I registered at 9:15 am Monday morning and the email accepting us came at Wed at 10:33pm

I have not heard back from VMK yet. I sent in the registration on Monday morning. This happened to me last time as well so I sent them another message about it after all of my friends got there responses. Looks like I have to do that again.

We registered like 2pm on monday and still have no gotten a reply by email. If it was by vmk message I might have deleted it since I went on a pirate playing spree this week. Does anyone know if you get disqualified for sending in your entry twice? Because it's you don't then I will send it in again

I would not send your entery in twice I would contact them through the I want to register my team link but rather than put in all the information I would put in my question.

Mom to MCat here. She is frustrated about this as well. She registered her team on Mon around 3pm. No notiification as of yet. She sent a letter about it through contact us the other day and just received a link to the newsletter!? back from them. Any other ways to find out? She is getting worried...she doesn't want to let her team down!

My team also registered on monday around 3 pm. still no response and sent them a note as well since there was one room that i am worried about the title. No response from either attempt. I guess se just have to sit back and wait for vmk to respond. we are continuing to work on our ride and hope we get in. If we don't get in we will have an awsome ride anyway. Someone told me they had the quoted text from the newsletter attached
as part of the acceptance letter. The first part should say "Your team
has been accepted/registered" or however they phrase it, followed
by the quoted text about how you were supposed to register. Weird, yes.

If she still has the email, ask her to see if the first part says her team is
registered.

It didn't help her at all! As a mom, it is frustrating not to be able to get answers for her. I have seen all the time she has put into gathering the team and coordinating everything and all the time the others have spent putting rooms together. Just wish I could figure out a way to help her.

I also have not heard anything about our team and am wondering if I should drop them a note. Although that is not looking so good as they do not seem to answer their messages correctly much of the time!
I sent our team info in on Monday, shortly after VMK opened.

People have started getting messages already saying all 200 slots have been filled, however these are from people that tried registering Thursday/Friday and later. My team also has not heard anything and we also registered Monday afternoon. Is it just me or did most if not all of these teams that haven't heard ANYTHING back, register sometime Monday afternoon??

OH NO! It's not just you, I noticed the same thing. Did they have an issue Monday? It better not disqualify us!
Now that you said people heard the spots were filled, I am very worried. I just sent them a message to the same, for all the good it will do, since the four messages I sent asking for the pins our team never got from Everest have still gone unanswered!!

Thats bad I did not start building untill I was accepted I already had the tiki slide thing done rofl so hey I need tracks for my ship so I willl be finding or trading for tracks then make my idea

I registered for the competition Monday morning received error message and then put in another around 3:00 pm on Monday have not heard anything yet.
VMK Red advised someone that had the same problem I had to try to put it through again. I think that VMK should post a link in the homepage and post the teams that are in. This would take away of the not knowing if your team has been accepted or not and save alot of people on the teams from spending all their credits if the team was not accepted. I have told a couple people on my team to wait to finish the slide until I recieve conformation due to the fact that they are low on credits and for them to be willing to spend the last of there credits on a ride for me I thank them. Looks like we will finish our ride anyways and just have our own little fun with it. For all you that are still waiting to get in I wish you luck and if you do not get in and decide to finish your ride anyways I can not wait to ride it. Remember to just have fun.
