Registering for Online Dining and DVC

I hope someone can answer this question for me. I am near my 180-day window to make my ADRs. I cannot get my DVC Resort Reservation to be recognized by the online dining website. Do I have to wait until 180 days? I thought that it would recognize it beforehand so I can make those 180+10 ADRs. Can anyone help me with an answer?

I would really prefer to do my ADRs online instead of calling the Dining number or MS at DVC.

Go to: http://disneyworld.disney.go.com/restaurants/

Click the 'Book a Reservation' button for the restaurant you want to make an ADR for. Once the booking engine loads, look for the following text:

Resort Guests & Dining Plan
If you have a Resort reservation or would like to associate your Disney Dining Plan to your dining reservations, please retrieve your resort reservation. (Please be advised that not all restaurants participate in the Disney Dining Plan. Please check your Dining Plan information for participating restaurants.) Retrieve your reservation.

Click on the words 'Retrieve your reservation' and enter the requested information.

Everyone has to wait until 180 days before check-in, including cash guests. They can then make reservations for up to 10 days. Offsite guests have a firm 180 days (no +10).

If the online system doesn't recognize your DVC number, you can call Member Services for +10 dining reservations.
