I have seen a couple of replies on this board concerning people who have taken their eBay purchased pins to a CM for verification of whether they are fakes or not. Both people posted that they were told the pins "looked fine" and one even traded with a store CM.
So, my question is, do you think that CM have been told not to refuse a trade? Could they have been told not to attempt to discern a pins authenticity? I can see why Disney would not want them to get involved with something that people are spending their money on. My guess is that most CMs don't have the time to bother with checking out every pin they see and in fact may or may not know what to look for.
Anybody else wonder this?
