It will be very interesting to see how much of the Beach Club Resort opens on May 30th. Last week I noticed some lights on at the resort but the back wing seemed dark the whole time. I have a hunch that part of that wing, or certain floors, will become DVC. After yesterday's news about the GFV's, I believe BC is next.
And...I will gladly pay more dues for better mattresses! I splurge at home on my mattress and after a few days I start to really breakdown with hip and leg pain. Wife has hip and shoulder pain. We even had them bring in a new mattress and it wasn't much better.
That's really the only negative as I fall in love allover again after each visit.

BCV's short contract life leads me to believe that a BCV2 that is part of the original BCV condo association won't happen. In addition, Disney has no problem selling hotel rooms at BC, so there's no big incentive to convert hotel rooms over.
