? Regarding banked points

Hi Everyone,
I hope you are staying healthy and safe. We have a reservation that we may have to cancel for our September trip (not happy about it, but with the current Florida situation and we would have to quarantine for 14 days after coming home)
I banked points from 2019. Is DVC extending the points when they need to be used. We would like to go next August/September.
I tried to call member services but there was a 75 minute hold time

DVC extended some 2018 banked points that were used to make reservations that occurred during the time that the resorts were closed and came from April, June, August, September and October UYs. Otherwise, there have been no extensions for banked points.

You don’t mention your UY, but they did not extend any banked 2019 points.

Now that resorts are open, the only temporary policies in place...that could change at any time...are returning borrowed points and waiving holding for canceling within 31 days.

Points banked from a June 2019 use year (to June 2020 use year) are good for stays between 6/1/20 and May 31, 2021.

AFAIK, 2019 points were never allowed extensions. Some banking deadlines were waived, but you already banked your 2019 points.

You'll have to use them prior to June 1, 2021 or they will expire.
