Decided to restart my PJ. I originally started it before the ball got rolling then forgot about it for a while haha. But almost everything is worked out now, we've had a PS and gotten our floral beo! So i'll start with the basic details and add in the other stuff.
12/29/2011; 10 am Wedding Pavilion; 11-3 Atlantic Dance Hall
colors: dark teal (see bm dresses) hot pink accents (to go with the stargazers) gold and silver (yes both haha just as accent colors for the confetti and in the cake!)
5 bridesmaids: Ryan (moh), Sam, Sarah, Amy, Alyssa. I'll also have my cousin Emma as a junior bridesmaid, possibly bump her up to BM
5 groomsmen: Nick (best man), Rhys (my bro), FiL, Zach, GPR (Js grandfather), Andrew (j bro)
my side: 32 (excluding wedding party members)
his side: 18 (excluding wedding party members)
total- 64 (with 15 being under 21 woo for only having to meet the $75 F&B min for 53! too bad we still have to feed them

I think we are doing a limo for the wedding party and doing a one way bus (Boardwalk to WP to ADH) (each trip would be $25 much cheaper than other options). Wasn't planning on this at all but J's favorite

aunt decided to tell his entire side that there wouldn't be any transportation and it would be impossible to get to the wedding...... Had i known at the ps that his side would be flying in i would have set this up earlier. not an issue. (minus the rumor mill)
Cocktail hour:
We are also doing a wine and beer bar for the 21+ crowd and soda bar for everyone else.

- assorted danishes
- coffee
- Champagne Sabayon with Fresh Seasonal Berries served in Champagne Flutes
- mickey waffles (obviously)
- omlett bar
- pasta primavera station
- over roasted potato wedges
- grilled veggies
- herb crusted mahi (with the fixin's)
- and lastly, and most importantly, baaaaacon
