Refurbishments Galore...any specifics?

I am trying to book for early august and it seems most of the resorts have some sort of refurbishment warning.
Is there a list of specific refurbishments and approximate time frames that would help make my decision for the resort I am choosing?
I am aware of the extensive VWL refurs and I think I will avoid that.
BWV I believe are room refurbs as well as several places on the boardwalk like flying fish, bwalk sweets and espn arcade. sort of deterring... but not a deal breaker.
What are the refurbs at Bay Lake towers Contemporary? is it on the dvc side or Contemp Hotel side? Is the pool affected?
Akl--what if anything is affected?
BCV-are they only room refurbs or is the pool affected? seems stormalong bay is often refurbished.

Not complaining as I know updates are necessary. Just want to make a fully informed decision and not just a vague statement.

BLT is a soft-goods refurbishment of all of Bay Lake Tower. It will be ongoing, based on other refurbishments and how long they've taken.

BCV is a refurbishment that includes furnishings. There are no announced pool closures.

AKL is a soft-goods refurbishment of all DVC rooms. It will also be ongoing, based on other refurbishments and how long they've taken.
