Refurbishment question!!!

I was just looking at another DIS'er's pictures of the refurbished rooms at
ASMu and I think they look great!! Have all the rooms there been redone??

Also, I know that they are doing the same thing with ASsp and am curious to know if they are going to redo all the rooms there!! If so, I will be choosing between Music and Sports for our 2008 trip!!!

DH and I stayed in a reburbished room at All Star Music last September.
We love the new look.

All Star Music underwent a refurbishment of all of the rooms and according to mouseplanet the refubishment is complete.

All Star Sports just started the refubishment of all of their rooms and the work is slated to be finished by Febuary 2008.

Though it doesn't show it in the photos, when we stayed at ASmu in Jan there was a curtain that divided the vanity area from the beds. I thought that was great. Lets face it the bathroom is small and not a great place to get dressed. With the curtain, you can change in that area and if someone opens the room door you will still have your privacy.

That's a really good idea! DH and I are going in September with my cousin who is 21. I will be getting dressed in the bathroom since my cousin will be with us. I knew that I would have to do that when we asked him to come along....and it's not that big a deal. I will make do, but the curtain would be helpful!

You seem to be the go-to person when it comes to the values and I appreciate the info!! I enjoy the values too! I want to stay at every level of resort, but the values have a special place in my heart because Music was where we stayed on our Disneymoon . Also, I love the oversized icons and think that the values are so "Disney"!! I can go on 2 or 3 trips for what I would spend on 1 trip in a deluxe and DH and I would rather go more often then go on one expensive trip!! My only wish is to stay at a monorail resort for the convenience factor, but that will have to wait!!

We stayed in Bldg 1 Calypso last week. The room was in great shape, the TV was a flat screen and larger than I remember, there also was a privacy curtain in the sink area. We enjoyed our king hp room (with full size tub) close to melody hall.
