You could, but on eBay they are just about 30% off. ($90-120). You might want to consider getting used games and a new console?

Do you have a Gamestop nearby? We are getting our oldest a refurbed Ds for Christmas.. They have all kinds of used systems. My dh just got a PS3 from them.

I am really excited I just scored a used DS for my daughter off of Craigslist for $50.00! It's pink and she even gave us the plaid carrying case too
Keep your eyes open there are deals out there! (BTW we did test the system, and the seller was great and told us to let her know if we had any issues) We are excited because she only used it a few times and just wasn't that into it..
