Refurb history for multiple DVC resorts

Is there any easy place to find when the last refurb (hard or soft) happened at DVC resorts?

Specifically I'm looking for info on the following hotels:

• Bay Lake Tower
• Animal Kingdom Lodge - Kidani
• Beach Club
• Old Key West
• Saratoga Springs
• Grand Floridian

Planning a group trip and a very type A friend asked the question as we were attempting to decide where to stay.

Unsure as to the actual status of the refresh at BCV which the above link reports as "In Progress".

Well, they just finished a hard refurb at Saratoga about 8 months ago…

I believe they did a soft refurb of VGF, or it seemed like they did between our stay last summer & earlier this month- new carpet in the hallways and 1 BR, color scheme seemed different. My very observant son was the one who pointed out the differences in the room. He hates the new carpet and our 1 bedroom already had some stains and one of the buttons on the tufted chair was already loose

As an owner at BRV and HHI, I would never ever ever count on a planned refurb schedule.

I believe Beach Club was done between 2012 and 2017...they added the twin bed under the TV during that refurb. So, I think that's considered a hard refurb.

Did it previously sleep 4 and by adding the twin bed under the TV it now sleeps 5?

The studios at BCV did sleep only 4 until the one under the TV was added. They could not make it fit in the 1 bedroom which is why there are still only sleeping spaces for 4.

But, for DVC point stays, they do allow that 5 person…

I hope they do this with the deluxe studios at VGC when they do the refurbs… and hopefully with the studios at VDH.

They didn’t for SSR studios when they just did a hard good refurb so I’d be surprised.
