They announced last year at the annual meeting that it would start in 2020 with no further specifics; I think the presumption was after SSR was finished as Deb & Bill said above. Then Covid happened, SSR got delayed and won’t be done until late winter or spring at best, and as a result, no additional details have been released to my knowledge.

I would guess now maybe May. They do seem to have cracked on with SSR since they got the new contractors. As per heapmaster, it would be strange if they did not clarify at the forthcoming meeting.

I hope they add Grand Floridian villas to a "refresh" list. The soft surfaces and painting could really really use it!! We hope to use our GF points at Riviera if we can get in at seven months because GFV is TIRED.
