we just got off the Magic in Copenhagen and realised I should have asked guest services before we debarked but too late now. My question is, if you had extra prepaid (refundable) credit on your shipboard account do they automatically process a refund or do we need to make a phone call. Information indicates it will go back to the original form of payment which is fine as that was a credit card but I've no idea how long that takes. We missed our stop in Geiranger so have extra credit as those excursions were refunded back to our account.
