refund?

Well, where did you order the package from? Different businesses have different rules. Their return and refund policy should be somewhere on their website or you can call and ask their customer service. Depending on who I am doing business with, refunds can take anywhere from 1-20 days, and may or may not be less the shipping. So your mileage may WIDELY vary.

I should have specified I book a vacation package online at WDW site and cancelled that 4 days ago, so just looking for my $200 deposit back. The first time I tried to cancel the computer site asked me to call and then after 45 min their "computer was down", so I managed to do it online the next day. It shows I don't have any reservations.

It depends on how long it takes you bank to process the refund. There was a recent thread about this on the resort board.

Depending on how quickly your bank processes refunds, it could take up to a couple of weeks.

It always takes 2 - 3 days longer for a refund to show up on your credit card then a charge does. It is just the way the banks handle it.

Typically, 7-10 business days.

It can take several days, and not all of it is Disney's doing. Sometimes your credit/debit card can take several days to post the credit to your account. I think when I cancelled, they told me it could take 7-10 days before I saw the credit, and it was more like 4-5 days in reality.

So you cancelled it on Thursday? It usually takes 7-10 BUSINESS days for a credit to show, but it also will depend on your bank's policies. If you are in the US, you also would be dealing with the holiday weekend and Sunday/Monday would not count towards that time period as no business would have been conducted by your bank during that time.

Still no refund. It seems things happen so quickly (except my refund) with everything being electronic these days! My husbands flex spending takes a long time to process, where mine take a couple of days. I'll keep waiting and checking!
