Refund/Room Credit?

We had a ressie at CR for Sept. We made the $200.00 dep. at the time of booking but have since found a better deal by going through our travel agent.
We no longer have the credit card that we made the dep. with (paid off and cancelled). Does anybody know how Disney would make our refund? I would be just as happy if they gave us a room credit since our new package is also for the CR during the same dates. Any info is greatly appreciated.

I have had credits come through on closed credit cards and after waiting a while, the credit card company will issue a check for the amount of the credit. Even though the account is closed, they still have the account on record and will process activity against it. You should contact them and ask what their procedures are for something like this.
